London Marriott Hotel County Hall

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is within walking distance of popular tourist attractions like Big Ben, the London Eye, and Westminster Abbey. You can easily explore the city and enjoy all that London has to offer. the staff at this hotel were friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations for places to visit and how to get around the city.

There were a couple of issues. we had a slight problem with the check-in process.

The staff at the London Marriott Hotel County Hall were really good. They were really nice too ensure that my friend's Hen Do was a success. Darryl Patrick and his team were helpful in planning the day and answering all of our questions. The lady who served us during the afternoon tea was fantastic, always attentive and kind. The cakes and sandwiches were fresh and delicious.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, just a stone's throw away from major London attractions such as the London Eye, Parliament, and Big Ben. The exterior of the building is splendid, and the public spaces are beautifully decorated. The beds in the guest rooms are extremely comfortable, and the bathroom is well-appointed with a walk-in shower. The breakfast buffet offers a full English spread, served in charming Le Creuset Dutch ovens.

The service at the hotel can be hit and miss at times.

Beautifully decorated room with stunning view over the Thames and The Houses of Parliament. Exceptionally comfy beds, powerful shower, and good air conditioning. Friendly and helpful staff. Delicious cocktails. Lovely gesture of leaving wine and cakes for wedding anniversary celebration. Service went above and beyond, surprising with rose petals, champagne, and chocolate truffles. Perfect room with sumptuous bed and modern luxury design. Easy laptop-TV connection. Memorable stay and excellent experience. Talented receptionist Tomas provided polite and incredibly helpful service. Amazing breakfast delivered to room on time. Incredible hotel and amenities.

Nothing, it was perfect.

Staff enthusiastic and professional. Restaurant staff provided excellent service, hospitality, and thoughtfulness. Traditional architecture complemented contemporary decor. Pillows in the bedroom were the best found in a hotel, ensuring a great night's sleep. Location is excellent for exploring London.

We loved the cleanliness and facilities of the hotel, including the delicious breakfast. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and close proximity to many attractions.

The friendly staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant experience, from check-in with Rita to the attentive service of Sandra at the restaurant. The delicious breakfast and beautiful Christmas decorations add to the overall charm of the hotel.

The hotel charges for Wi-Fi, which can be inconvenient for guests.

Beautiful old building with a gorgeous view and convenient location. The staff is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond to assist guests. They even surprised us with a bottle of bubbly in our room. Breakfast was amazing and delivered on time. Special mention to Tomas on the reception desk for his polite and helpful service.

Luxury amenities and great views. This venue is perfect for a luxurious vacation. Room facilities are exclusive, offering a Nespresso machine and ample amounts of tea and coffee. the view from the room is breathtaking, showing the River Thames and scenic views of Westminster, Big Ben and London Eye. Staff are polite and helpful, providing excellent service.

Poor breakfast service. Although breakfast was very good, the dining room needs improvement, apparently they took 45 minutes to bring pancake.
